RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
All items purchased online are eligible for a return, subject to certain conditions.
If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 48 hours of receiving it, provided the item is in its original packaging, undamaged, unopened, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we accept your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item. Additional shipping and Administration charges will apply. Please note that some items, such as custom-made products, cannot be returned. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the eligibility of your item for a return, please contact us.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and notify us immediately so that we can address the issue and resolve it.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 30 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 30 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us via email.
