Safranal indicates the intensity of aroma, its value is > 35 (to obtain category I certification, a parameter >20 is required)
Picrocrocin measures the intensity of taste, its value is >90 (to obtain category I certification, a parameter >70 is required)

All of our saffron is the same high quality (International Standard Grade 1) and contained in airtight glass bottles that are securely placed in sealed custom-made packaging. This ensures optimal freshness and preservation of aroma, flavour and colour. Saffron is best stored in an airtight container to repel moisture and placed in a cool dark location away from direct sunlight to best preserve its aroma, flavour and colour.
